We are not part of a national company and are proud of our local roots - in fact, we’ve been in business since the mid-1980’s. Finally, many of our employees were born in Reno/Sparks or have lived here for over a decade. As a result, we know our market and care about our community.

Dan Lorenz
Dan purchased TriEx Management (formerly Action Properties) in 2015 and brings over a decade in real estate and construction experience to the company. Dan oversees TriEx Management’s strategic vision and ensures that TriEx Management is up to date with the latest technology. As a real estate investor with residential, commercial, and industrial properties in his portfolio, Dan focuses the business to help maximize the return for the owner of each property we manage. As Dan knows how he wants his properties to be managed, he works to ensure our clients’ properties are managed with the same level of care.

Personal Life
When Dan is not in the office working on the next project he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing at Squaw Valley and Mt. Rose, along with supporting his kids in their high school sporting programs including football, swimming, and lacrosse. Dan recently took up the sport of golf and is currently working to improve his game.

Personal Life
Although not originally from Reno, Steve considers Northern Nevada to be his true home. In the winter months he and his wife AnnaMarie love to ski. They both enjoy spending time in the outdoors, especially at Lake Tahoe. Finally, Steve is an avid golfer and has a personal goal to get his handicap down to the low single digits.

Megan is TriEx Management’s Property Manager. She is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of our properties, interfacing with our owners with respect to day-to-day operations, and supporting our tenants during their residency at our properties. Megan was born and raised in Reno and graduated from McQueen High School. Megan spent 11 years in the medical field, and was pursuing her nursing degree before deciding she wanted to make a career change to real estate.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, going to NFL games, music festivals, and spending time with her niece.

Bryan Darnell
Accounting Supervisor
As Accounting Supervisor, Bryan is in charge of overseeing TriEx Management’s accounting department, including: policies and procedures, financial analysis, and account reconciliations. Prior to working at TriEx Management he was the Assistant Controller with Premier Entertainment Technology in Las Vegas. He has also worked for MGM Resorts and the University of Montana. Bryan was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.
He has a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Montana. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his grandson, hiking, music, and billiards. He is a lifelong San Francisco 49ers fan.
Jolee Martin
Accounting Clerk
Jolee is an accounting clerk with TriEx Management. Her role puts her in charge of managing the owner reporting process including: bill payment, invoice organization, and report generation. She has worked for TriEx Management since 2004 and has immense knowledge of TriEx Management’s organizational history. Anytime an employee has a historical question about TriEx Management, Jolee is quick to respond with the answer.
Michael Jackson
IT/Equipment Manager
Mike has over a decade in IT experience and is working towards his B.S. in Cyber Security. He is tasked with maintaining TriEx Management’s IT system including the hardware, software, and related infrastructure. In his free time he enjoys building and flying model RC planes.
